On January 20, 2022, Zheng Neton learned from the online approval and supervision platform for investment projects in Henan Province that the proposal for a new project in the southern extension of Xingze Avenue (from Longhai West Road to the southwest section of National Highway 310) in Xingyang City has been approved by the Xingyang Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and the approval document number is Xingfa Reform Approval [2022] No. 1.

Just approved! Proposal for a new construction project on the southern extension of Xingze Avenue

It is understood that in May 2021, some netizens asked about the south extension project of Xingze Avenue on the message board of the People's Network, and the official reply was: We will investigate the route and the flow of people on the spot, and continuously expand the coverage of the road network, so that the public is more convenient and fast.

At the beginning of the new year of 2022, the project proposal was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. Xingze Avenue, as an important main road in the north-south direction of Xingyang City, connects Xingyang City and Livable Health City, and extends south to National Highway 310 and connects with Jiayu Town, making Xingyang multiple plates interconnected. The upcoming opening of Metro Line 6 (starting from Jiayu Town, Xingyang City), and the first phase of Line 10 (starting from Xingze Avenue Zhongyuan West Road) to be opened before the end of 2022, with the addition of Xingze Avenue running through the "main artery" between the north and south, the regional value will be further enhanced.

According to the project construction process: Generally speaking, after the approval of the Project Proposal, there are also "Feasibility Study Report", "Project Preliminary Design Approval", "Site Selection and Planning Permission Procedures", "Land Use Approval Procedures", "Environmental Impact Assessment Approval Procedures", "Energy Conservation Assessment and Review Procedures", "Construction Permit Procedures" and so on.... Looking forward to the early start of construction.
