The completion of the last joint box girder main pouring of the node interchange between Binhai East Avenue and The Airport Expressway, means that the entire Binhai East Avenue project has entered the final stage and is just around the corner from being fully opened to traffic.
Binhai East Avenue (Xiang'an East Road - Lianhe Section) project three bid sections with a total length of 3.21 kilometers, of which Qianling Interchange is an important node connecting the Airport Expressway, mainly using the main line, two auxiliary roads, four ramps to form an interchange between Binhai East Avenue and the Airport Expressway. Among them, there are a total of 9 main lines, ramps and water bridges, with a total length of 1366 meters, all of which are cast-in-place. After the completion of all the interconnections, it can facilitate the interconnection of Shenhai Expressway, Dadeng New Airport and Xiang'an Area, and as a supporting project of the new airport area, it is of great significance to promote the development and construction of Caicuo plot and Lianhe plot and economic development. At the same time, it will also lay the foundation for the smooth access of Quanzhou Binhai Avenue to Xiamen in the future.
