According to Japanese media reports, the love movie "50 First Loves" starring Takayuki Yamada and Masami Nagasawa will be released on June 1, 2018, directed by Yuichi Fukuda ("Gintama Mitsuba"). The film is a remake of the American romantic comedy of the same name, First Love 50 Times, starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore, which was introduced to Chinese mainland in 2004.
The Japanese version of "50 First Loves" also takes place on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, where playboy Bow Cut Daisuke (Takayuki Yamada) is a part-time tour guide on the island, and the heroine Fujijima Ryoi (Masami Nagasawa) is affected by the after-effects of the accident and her memories are restarted every night.
