Huang Haiqing, deputy head of the Vocational Capacity Building Section of Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said that since the implementation of the "Cantonese cuisine master" project four years ago, Zhongshan has built a provincial-level Cantonese cuisine master training base, 4 Cantonese cuisine master studios, and 7 municipal Cantonese cuisine master studios.

"By establishing a studio, we can often organize exchanges and learning in the industry, hold Cantonese cuisine teaching activities, and strive to do a good job in the inheritance and innovation of Cantonese cuisine." Li Quanguang introduced that this year, the studio taught the "Cooking Class of the University for Elderly Cadres" and the "Community Cooking Hobby Class", so that the skills of Cantonese cuisine have been promoted and landed, so that citizens can make hotel-level dishes at home. "The teaching and training have been warmly welcomed by the community residents, and now the courses are scheduled for the end of the year!"

In addition, more than 80 people in the third store of Huacheng Restaurant Group have obtained the qualification of third-level Chinese chefs, and their achievements are inseparable from the studio's teaching mode. In November last year, studio members Ou Songhua and Deng Qiangfan passed the competition assessment and also obtained the second-level professional qualification certificate of Chinese chef.

Deng Qiangfan recalled that he and Li Quanguang had known each other for more than ten years, and their relationship was also a teacher and friend. Since the establishment of the studio, the team has formed a systematic dish research and development innovation mechanism, built a good platform for peer exchange and consultation, and effectively promoted the rapid improvement of its own skills.
