May 10 news, after 8 years of creation, the Qing Dynasty Chinese painting master Sun Wen hand-painted "Dream of the Red Chamber Complete Map", with the help of blockchain technology, launched a limited number of dynamic digital art works. The first batch of 13 dynamic digital collections, including "Rain Village Attached to Daiyu into Beijing", has been launched on Alibaba Assets and has been released for sale in recent days.
More than 100 years after Cao Xueqin created "Dream of the Red Chamber", Sun Wen began to create "The Dream of the Red Chamber" from 1867 until 1903, which lasted 36 years to create the "Complete Picture of the Dream of the Red Chamber". He details the main plot of Dream of the Red Chamber in the form of paintings, with a total of 230 existing pictures. The character costumes, indoor sets, and outdoor sets in the 87th edition of the "Dream of the Red Chamber" TV series are designed with reference to Sun Wen's pictures. The existing "Dream of the Red Chamber" is stored in the Dalian Lushun Museum and is a national first-class cultural relic. In 2004, it was exhibited at the National Museum, and its first public appearance aroused widespread concern in society.
According to reports, after obtaining authorization, since 2016, experience technology companies have begun to create 4K high-definition dynamic digital art works for "Dream of the Red Chamber Full Map".
Before the creation, the creator invited the red science experts to deliberate on every detail in Sun Wen's drawings, and then designed the character movements to ensure that the words and deeds of the characters in the dynamic works were all justified and truly reflected the culture of the Qing Dynasty. In terms of creation, the creators digitize the original paintings with spectral scanning technology, restore the colors of the original works, and then chain, deposit and confirm the rights in the "new version of the chain", generate dynamic digital artworks on the chain, and finally distribute them in the official store of Alibaba Assets "Yuanyu Digital Collection". These dynamic digital works complement Sun Wen's original static paintings and more vividly depict the storyline of Dream of the Red Chamber.
For example, in the first batch of 13 dynamic digital works on the line, "Feng Jie Sat in the Car and Smelled Jiao Da scolding", in the 24-second video, the original static picture characters moved: Jiao Da went crazy after drinking, not only scolded, but also pointed or kicked, feng jie sitting in the car patted Jia Rong on the side of the car, signaling him to leave it alone, pretending not to hear. In addition, the first batch of online "Jia Baoyu's First Test of Cloud and Rain", "Wang Xifeng's Rice Autumn Shuangzhai", "NingguoFu Chinese New Year's Eve Sacrifice Ancestral Hall" and so on.
It is reported that the series of dynamic digital works, video lengths range from more than 20 seconds to more than 1 minute, each limited to 8,000 copies. The first batch of 13 partial models only released 1,000 copies for 1 yuan direct purchase, and some of the funds were released 8,000 copies, with a direct purchase price of 36.9 yuan. After the purchase, the user will get the only "digital version of the permission of the work voucher" corresponding to each work, and the series of works will never be issued, which has scarcity and collection value. Users who buy can download 4K HD videos and purchase related physical collectibles at a discounted price.
According to the person in charge of Alibaba Asset's digital business, since the digital business was launched in May last year, there have been digital collections of cultural relics that have accelerated the protection, inheritance and dissemination of traditional culture, including the 12 animal heads of the Yuanmingyuan and the oracle bones, which have been launched online, and the digital collections have brought traditional culture closer to the public.
