"30% of the production capacity is about 60,000 to 70,000 pieces a day, when we only had 50 people, with the resumption of work and production, the street also helped us apply for the certificate of resumption of work and production, and actively coordinated our employees living in the prevention area to take over the closed-loop production." As one of the first batch of municipal white list enterprises to resume work and production, the number of employees with closed-loop annual production in Xingtao Hardware Factory has reached 162. Wang Weiquan is also busy in the past few days to gather more employees in the prevention zone to return to the factory to resume work, and strive to restore to the full production state of 200,000 pieces per day as soon as possible.
"We are also actively grabbing production capacity, ensuring tesla's inventory stability as soon as possible and ensuring the normal production of the two shifts." Wang Weiquan said.
There are more and more employees living in the factory, but Wang Weiquan will not worry about the materials at all. During the company's closed production period, Jiuliting Street has docked a guarantee supermarket for them, and regularly distributes masks, disinfectants, antigen reagents and other epidemic prevention materials to the company, and regularly arranges medical care to come to the door to do nucleic acid testing. In the process of raw material purchase and finished product transportation, the street also issued a number of passes for them.
"We normally have about 15 vehicles coming in and out of a day, about three or four vehicles a day in the early days of the epidemic, and now we have reached 10 vehicles a day, and we are still recovering."
Including Xingtao Hardware, at present, there are nearly 100 enterprises that have resumed work and production in Jiuliting Street, of which 43 enterprises have resumed work, involving all aspects of the automotive industry chain, and the resumption rate of commercial supermarkets has reached more than 60%.
"Since April, we have done a lot of preparation and coordination, carried out enterprise combing, to see which enterprises need to resume work and production in the near future, each enterprise specially sent a person to contact, door-to-door service, to help enterprises formulate a plan for resuming work and production, the focus is to ensure that the epidemic prevention gesture operation is strictly in place, while helping them to do a good job in the place of epidemic prevention materials and production materials."
