In addition, the letter notes that commuting is a "waste of time and mental and physical resources," as well as debates about the impact of mixed models on employee diversity. "This will make Apple younger, whiter, and more male-dominated" and will lead to "the privilege of deciding who can work for Apple, rather than who is best suited."
