The online car market has learned that SAIC-GM Chevrolet will launch a new Cruze in August this year. The new car will be equipped with a new 1.5T four-cylinder engine, lower fuel consumption, new sports elements in the appearance, and the interior adopts the same dual screen as the new Chuangku RS version, providing one-click start, wireless charging, AR navigation and other configurations. Referring to the starting price of the current 1.3T three-cylinder version (117,900 yuan), the new car is expected to be priced at about 120,000 yuan.

New Chuangku RS Edition interior
The new Cruze exterior will be adjusted for the LED light group and front bumper, incorporating more sporty designs, referring to the new Chuangku RS version, it is expected to add blackening elements. The interior of the new car will be consistent with the new Chuangku RS version, using a dual screen design, and the traditional dual screen, its LCD instrument is superimposed on the extended area of the central control screen.
The new Cruze is expected to use the same new 1.5T four-cylinder engine as the new Chuangku RS version, with a drivetrain matched to a CVT transmission and a fuel consumption reduction of up to 0.36L/100km. The new 1.5T four-cylinder version will be more competitive than the 1.3T three-cylinder model on sale, and is expected to become a new sales growth point for the car series.
