I apologized one after another, took a step late, shook deeply, and respectfully presented with both hands the new Kunqu opera "Pipa Line" by Wang Renjie, a great talent of southern Fujian. Thread-bound books, brush letters, have been rare to see. Director Huang Shuqin looked at the cover and praised it one after another: "Good calligraphy, beautiful, exquisite, exquisite, rare." Then he watched the first "Splash of Wine" in one breath, suddenly stood up, clapped his hands: "Good drama! Good drama! So beautiful! I took over this play! I was ecstatic, and the big director agreed, afraid that a heart that would be rejected finally fell.

Then she frankly made three demands:

One, I can be a director, but I have to be accompanied by an executive director. Because I am not familiar with opera, let alone proficient in traditional performance, and do not have the means of hand-eye-body methods, I control the general direction, put forward the purpose, and talk about the main points, which are done by the executive director.

Second, this is a long poem of the Tang Dynasty that everyone knows, the content is simple, but the text is classic to the extreme, the meaning is infinite, and it is an ancient poem that Chinese must read. The theme is the sympathy of the great poet Bai Juyi for the singer, which arouses his own sigh of life. Therefore, we must write freehand, we must be far away from the mountains and near the water, ethereal and cloudy, we cannot focus on skill, we must coexist with poetry, meaning, rhyme, and painting.

Third, this play should not be presented on a frame-like stage, and I propose to perform it on the ancient opera stage of the Three Hills Guild Hall. However, the ancient opera stage of the guild hall is too small to carry out the performance, and we can build an open-air stage of more than ten square meters in the courtyard under the ancient opera stage as the bank of the Xunyang River. The ancient opera stage above is exquisite and exquisite, the river below is gushing, the long corridor next to the second floor, the left side of the band is quiet, and the two protagonists, Bai Juyi and Qianniang, can walk on the long corridor and walk back. So we have four performing arts zones, old and new, smart and surprising...

I listened to it like crazy, and I was full of confidence and hope for the launch of the Kunqu opera "Pipa Xing".

Because several plays in Shangkun were rehearsed at the same time, our rehearsal time was from 6:00 to 8:00 every night, and the executive director was my classmate Zhang Mingrong. From 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., it is the golden time for art. She was busy, but she would arrive every night and was often rushed back by phone.

In the fourth "Composition", Huang Dao suggested that he should not write on paper according to the traditional pen, and compose the music of the long poem eighty-eight sentences of "Pipa Line" in the cloak of Bai Juyi's gift to Qianniang. Color! The audience was greeted with warm applause.

The final epilogue , " Yu Yin " is Wang Renjie 's masterpiece , a continuation of the Tang poem " Pipa Xing " . At this time, Bai Juyi was white-haired, Qianniang was blind in both eyes, and she was reunited in the Xunyang River in the twilight years. Encounter a thousand sighs again, and think of thousands of thoughts, cut continuously, rationalization is still chaotic...

"Pipa Xing" was performed fifteen times in a row at the Sanshan Guild Hall, and it did not rain, God bless! But in the last "Aftersound" on the last night, there was a rain in the air, which added a lot of poetry to the banks of the Xunyang River. Spring rain sprinkled on the bodies of Bai Juyi and Qianniang on the stage, and also flew with the wind to the clothes of the audience. What a great view! Meishi! Beauty!
