2K is reportedly developing a motorcycle version of Rocket League

2K Games is reportedly looking for developer Psyonix's hit game Rocket League and is currently working on its own soccer game called Gravity Goal, which is said to swap cars for TRON-like motorcycles.

The claim comes from familiar leaker Tom Henderson, who wrote for Exputer and claimed that Gravity Goal will be "like Rocket League" because it will offer 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 matches with the goal of getting players to use their vehicles to hit the ball into the goal.

Henderson also reports on unique changes to the game, which mimics the rocket league format. In addition to moving from cars to motorcycles similar to those in TRON, the aesthetic of TRON will also be reflected in gravity Goal's arena, with a "futuristic and high-energy atmosphere." Players will be able to destroy opponents' motorcycles by attacking them with a hockey-like disc. Presumably, this will also slow down or stop any vehicle it hits.

Gravity Goal is likely one of 26 free-to-play games that Take-Two Interactive previously said it was working on, and the publisher's alleged goal is to release it on Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC, Henderson said.

Gravity Goal was said to have been in a closed alpha testing phase late last year, and Henderson believes it could be officially released "in the coming months."
