In September 2021, the chest pain treatment unit of the Dalan Community Health Service Station was accepted, and the General Hospital of the Southern Theater of the People's Liberation Army fully affirmed the construction of the chest pain treatment unit of the service station to Professor Dingcheng and other experts.

The service station purchased troponin detectors, automatic external defibrillation monitors, micro-pump syringes and other treatment equipment, and equipped with a package of myocardial infarction drugs and the third-generation thrombolytic drug tenepse TNK.
At the same time, as the person in charge of the chest pain treatment unit of Dalan, Song Meifang, the director of the health service station and the attending physician of the general department, led the team to actively learn, repeatedly practice, and continuously improve the treatment process.

The time for the first ECG (Electrocardiogram) was reduced from 13 minutes to 5 minutes, and the time to spin out of STEMI (myocardial infarction) was shortened from 38 minutes to 30 minutes – the timeline of this race against life was constantly shortening.
