More than 100 people attended the meeting, including Li Shizhong, second-level researcher of the Medical Administration Department of Hunan Provincial Health Commission and director of Quality Control Center of Hunan Chest Pain Center, Hu Yong, director of Medical Administration and Medical Management Department of Changsha Municipal Health Commission, Zhang Xiaokang of Hunan Provincial Medical Administration Office, Song Guilin, director of Quality Control Center of Changsha Chest Pain Center and president of Changsha Fourth Hospital, member of Quality Control Center of Changsha Chest Pain Center and core personnel of chest pain centers of various medical institutions.

The meeting announced the official establishment of the Quality Control Center of Changsha Chest Pain Center and affiliated with the Fourth Hospital of Changsha. The meeting made it clear that the city relies on the quality control center of Changsha Chest Pain Center to establish a quality control system for the city's chest pain center, build an overall standardized construction pattern of chest pain center, and at the same time promote the continuous improvement of the city's chest pain center, gradually improve the efficiency of acute chest pain treatment, give play to the role of the chest pain center in the regional collaborative treatment system, help improve the city's cardiovascular and critical care capacity, and achieve the goal of "healthy Changsha" as soon as possible.

Dai Zhaohui, vice president of Changsha Fourth Hospital and deputy director of the Quality Control Center of Changsha Chest Pain Center, read out the document "Notice on the Establishment of Quality Control Center of Changsha Chest Pain Center" of Changsha Municipal Health Commission, introduced the composition of the quality control center of Changsha Chest Pain Center, and clearly formed the quality control committee with the director, deputy director, member and secretary of the Municipal Quality Control Center.

Song Guilin said that he would work with the Medical Administration Office of the Municipal Health and Construction Commission to do a good job in the quality control of the city's chest pain center, rely on the establishment of the quality control center of the Changsha Chest Pain Center, further optimize the chest pain treatment process, promote the management of chest pain to be standardized, systematic, process-oriented and standardized, so that more chest pain patients can receive rapid and effective treatment, and carry out continuous quality management and evaluation for the construction and operation of the chest pain center, providing a strong guarantee for strengthening the standardized treatment of chest pain patients under the new situation.

Hu Yong emphasized the improvement of the provincial-municipal-grassroots homogeneous medical quality treatment system, required the quality control center to solidly promote the quality control of the city's chest pain center, improve the overall quality of the chest pain center, promote the continuous improvement and optimization of quality control indicators, accelerate the high-quality construction of the chest pain center in Changsha, benefit more patients with acute chest pain, and add bricks and tiles to achieve "healthy Changsha".

Li Shizhong interpreted the guidelines for the quality control center of Hunan Chest Pain Center, and pointed out that the quality control center of Changsha Chest Pain Center will combine the promotion of various work of "Healthy Changsha" to promote the hospital's "patient-centered, disease-based chain", strengthen the quality management of the link, supervise the hospital to standardize the diagnosis and treatment behavior, optimize the service process, improve the efficiency of treatment, and help the construction of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.

After the opening ceremony, a wonderful academic lecture was given, and Professor Zheng Zhaofen, Professor Pan Hongwei and Professor Gong Hao of the Fourth Hospital of Changsha Municipal People's Hospital respectively gave lectures on the topics of "Normalized Quality Control of Provincial Chest Pain Center Alliance", "Construction Content and Process of Chest Pain Treatment Units in China", and "Overview of Anti-Thrombotic Programs for Coronary Heart Disease".
