On December 15th, Dayday New Catering Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dayday New Restaurant"), a local catering enterprise in Jiujiang Town, Nanhai District, was awarded the "Foshan Time-honored Brand" plaque.

Founded in 1991, Dayday New Restaurant is a traditional Cantonese restaurant with a history of 30 years, which has always insisted on making good products, and enjoys a high reputation in Jiujiang and is loved by the masses. Lin Guohui, founder of Ri Ri Xin Restaurant, said that he will continue to study the traditional Dishes of Jiujiang Cuisine on the basis of traditional Cantonese cuisine, highlight the flavor of The Essence, reasonably create new cuisines that are more suitable for the times, carry forward the time-honored Jiujiang cuisine, expand thinking, and make the greatest contribution to enriching the team of Cantonese cuisine.

The relevant person in charge of the Foshan Time-honored Association said that the association has so far identified a total of 57 "Foshan Time-honored Brands", covering various fields such as catering, food, medicine, and culture. "Behind every old brand is a story, a symbol of urban development and part of a historical tradition." He said that the new restaurant strives to inherit the local culture and carry forward the spirit of craftsmen, so it has been recognized as "Foshan's time-honored brand".

Hu Zhiyong, director of the Jiujiang Town Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said that the "foshan time-honored brand" is an affirmation of the development of Jiujiang's catering industry, and hopes that more enterprises will strive for excellence in the future, take the inheritance of traditional Cantonese cuisine as their responsibility, promote the professional and healthy production of cuisine, and carry forward the food culture of Jiujiang.
