These ten institutions have exemplified compliance with the Copyright Law, cooperated with the Literary and Writing Association for many years, and performed their contracts in good faith. Because of you, the excellent works of our authors have been more widely disseminated, the market value of the works has been properly reflected, and the authors' creative enthusiasm has been further enhanced. ”
The obvious increase in royalties and the large changes in the list are direct manifestations of the increasing copyright awareness of users. Liang Fei said that he hopes that through the benchmarking and leading role of the top ten users, the basic principle of the Copyright Law "first licensing and then using" will be further promoted in the whole society, and a good social atmosphere of encouraging originality, respecting copyright owners, respecting copyright, respecting law and abiding by the law will gradually form a good social atmosphere.

Liang Fei said that the copyright royalties of these listed writers are the highest among the members of the Literary Association, mainly because most of the writers or heirs are authorized to manage their copyrights exclusively. Publishers, cultural companies and other user units can successfully obtain the authorization of these excellent works if they find the Literary and Writing Association, ensure their legal use, save a lot of manpower, material resources and time costs, and also standardize the market copyright order. This is also the advantage of literary collaboration as the only collective management organization of word copyright in China.
Liang Fei stressed that the original intention of publishing the list is to encourage the author's creative enthusiasm and promote the concept of respecting copyright through the benchmarking role of the list.
