The "Top Ten Users of 2021" include People's Education Publishing House, Shanghai Education Publishing House, beijing Bamboo Stone Culture Communication Co., Ltd., etc. In 2021, the above ten users will pay more than 10 million yuan in copyright royalties. The obvious increase in royalties and the large changes in the list are direct manifestations of the increasing copyright awareness of users. Liang Fei said that he hopes that through the benchmarking and leading role of the top ten users, the basic principle of the Copyright Law "first licensing and then using" will be further promoted in the whole society, and a good social atmosphere of encouraging originality, respecting copyright owners, respecting copyright, respecting law and abiding by the law will gradually form a good social atmosphere.

Publishing the list encourages creative enthusiasm and promotes respect for the concept of copyright

Liang Fei said that the copyright royalties of these listed writers are the highest among the members of the Literary Association, mainly because most of the writers or heirs are authorized to manage their copyrights exclusively. The Association is familiar with national policies, grasps the market demand and development trend, and takes the initiative to promote member works to user units. Publishers, cultural companies and other user units can successfully obtain the authorization of these excellent works if they find the Literary and Writing Association, ensure their legal use, save a lot of manpower, material resources and time costs, and also standardize the market copyright order. This is also the advantage of literary collaboration as the only collective management organization of word copyright in China.

Liang Fei stressed that the original intention of publishing the list is to encourage the author's creative enthusiasm and promote the concept of respecting copyright through the benchmarking role of the list. This is not only a praise for authors and users, but also a work report to all sectors of society that care about and support the development of the Association.

In addition, due to the impact of the epidemic and other factors, the demand of users for works has changed. To this end, under the premise of protecting the interests of right holders, the Association has adjusted the scope and conditions of authorization, such as increasing the authorization for the use of media and appropriately adjusting the number of first prints according to the actual situation to adapt to the development of the industry.
