The EV 600, produced by Brightdrop, a subsidiary of General Motors (GM), sets a new Guinness World Record.

GM explained that this is not simply recording pure electric endurance, but "actually delivering the business." According to the company, the vehicle, operated by U.S. logistics company FedEx, delivers organic food and eco-friendly household items.
Guinness judge Andy Glass said: "Congratulations on winning the title of the longest electric van that can be driven on a single charge. This is the most appropriate way to celebrate Earth Day (April 22) and climate change. ”
The car is the fastest car project in GM's history, with a full cycle of just 20 months. Brightdrop plans to start mass production of the EV410, a mid-size commercial vehicle, in the second half of this year. It is a shorter model than the EV 600 and is designed for frequent short-distance driving in the city. Verizon plans to use the EV410 for on-site maintenance and service work.
