For the purchase of a car, whether the sales staff has informed Mr. Liu that the configuration on the Mini Program is inaccurate, the two sides are currently holding their own opinions. For Ms. Wu's claim, the owner of the car dealership rejected it and said that the car dealership was not wrong in the matter.

The reporter consulted Chang Yan, a lawyer at The Bank of China (Chongqing) Law Firm in Beijing, and Chang said that in this incident, the second-hand car dealership marked the license plate number, model, vehicle configuration, amount, etc. in detail on the webpage. And due to its own reasons, the car dealership did not indicate in the web page publicity model configuration for reference only, the specific configuration to the actual car as the standard of this type of information, so from a legal point of view, this content of the specific determination of the case, can be determined that the information contained on the web page is actually an offer, although the contract does not state the specific vehicle configuration, but Ms. Wu's home is based on the information displayed on the web page, and the second-hand car dealership finally signed a sales contract, so the second-hand car dealership should eventually perform the contract according to the relevant display information. Lawyer Chang believes that the vehicle delivered to Ms. Wu is obviously not in line with the contract, and Ms. Wu has the right to rescind the contract and claim compensation for certain losses.

Lawyer Chang also reminded that second-hand cars are different from ordinary daily necessities, and consumers are best able to invite professional personnel to test the vehicle before purchasing. When purchasing a vehicle, you must sign a written sales contract, which must detail the basic situation of the vehicle, configuration, mileage, whether there is an accident and other important information, so as to avoid blindly using the contract template provided by the second-hand car dealership. Signing a detailed and rigorous contract is conducive to the performance of the contract in the future, and even if a dispute arises between the two parties, it can be better resolved.
