Ninja Theory is reported to have rendered this area using photogrammetry (photographic cartography technique). Hellblade 2 will be made with Unreal Engine 5, and the game will only land on next-generation platforms, so the picture quality is still very guaranteed.
While we saw the new screenshots, Ninja Theory didn't share much more about the game with us. Based on the information available, we will play Senua again in Hellblade 2. The sequel also features a dark fantasy world as its setting, and the game's background is inspired by Norse mythology and Celtic culture.
Hellblade 2 hasn't been released yet, and given its Unreal Engine 5 production, it's estimated it's out of action this year.
