On 5 March 2021, the International Football Council held its 135th Annual General Assembly, at which a resolution was made on the revision of the rules in the Rules of Football Competition 2021/2022, with the main revisions of the new rules focusing on Chapter XII ---- fouls and misconduct, with a focus on the section on handball.
The Rules of Football Competition are applicable to football competitions of all ages, and young players need to be more aware of them.
