Shipai Village is located in the center of Tianhe CBD in Guangzhou, when Guangzhou City built Zhujiang New Town, Shipai Chung and nearby land was expropriated, and there was no suitable river chong in the village to house dragon boats. Unwilling to see the traditional culture interrupted because of this, the villagers of Shipai borrowed land to "raise the dragon" and "hide the dragon" in Shuanggang Village, Huangpu, the "old table" every year. Although the two villages are geographically far apart, they have maintained close ties and deep affection for a long time. This loan has been borrowed for more than 20 years.
