Qing Wei 丨 wake up with spring to read

With the spring breeze and the mountains waking up, the annual World Book Day is just around the corner. At this beautiful time, I am willing to share my reading stories and experiences with everyone.

There are all kinds of good things in life, and reading is one of the most beautiful things. Even though many years have passed, I still can't forget the days when I studied in the countryside as a child. At that time, I grew up in a small village called Dongmiaozi Mountain in my hometown, and my life was bitter and sweet. One evening in the fourth grade of primary school, after writing homework in his own small yard, when he was ready to read the text, the sky gradually darkened, because he did not want to put on the oil lamp too early, a person climbed up the high ladder to the roof, and then took out the language textbook, and read it aloud with great emotion through the slightly brighter skylight. During the break between reading, I heard the neighbor's bride say in a loud voice: "Sanni, listen quickly, what is being said in the radio speaker?" Only to hear the "Sister Sanni" under the big tree reply: "Where is the horn?" It was Xiao Chang studying on the roof. Hearing this, I did not dare to read it out loud again, lest it affect others. However, I was also a little proud in my heart, and I didn't expect that reading could be used as a loudspeaker broadcast.

When I was in high school, I attended the key class of the county no. 1 Middle School. The most memorable thing is that the first composition was read by the language teacher as a model text. At that time, the teacher assigned an assignment to write an argumentative essay with a self-determined topic. At that time, I was reading an extracurricular article entitled "Is It Monkeys To Become Human, or People to Become Monkeys", which criticized the phenomenon of not paying attention to learning culture and not paying attention to improving the quality of civilization that was more common in society at that time. Inspired by it, I completed the title "Heavy Reason, How Can You Take Light Texts?" The composition of the "" criticism of "learning mathematics, physics and chemistry well, walking all over the world is not afraid", only attaches importance to science and engineering, and despises the phenomenon of liberal arts. Unexpectedly, in the second week of Chinese class, the Chinese teacher greatly appreciated the composition and read it to the whole class. Later, I heard that this essay was also read as a model essay in the other nine classes of the whole grade. Listening to this news, my heart was sweeter than eating honey. That was the first time I really appreciated the benefits of reading more. If you don't read that extracurricular book, where would you write such an essay?

Life is not easy. There are many things that must be done, and there are also some "businesses" that need to be done. Many things are very difficult to do, and some "businesses" are also "not cost-effective". But in my opinion, only reading is the easiest thing in the world, and only reading is the most "cost-effective" "business" in the world. If you think about it, society spends so much money to open schools, and parents work hard and work day by day in order to create a good condition for us to study. We sit in a bright classroom, neither the wind blows nor the rain drenches, neither worrying about eating nor wearing, only responsible for learning to read, only responsible for studying well, reading books well, and what hard work is there to speak of? Even if it is a little hard, is it much easier than the workers, peasants, the People's Liberation Army and scientists, and compared with their own parents? If you don't have a real experience and feeling for this issue, please take a look at the famous writer Mr. Zhao Defa's short story "Idle Meat"! It is a story written about the village's strong laborers who hoarded them to become private teachers, and from the villagers' "envy and hatred" of being a teacher, we can glimpse the ease and happiness of being a student. Not only that, from the perspective of "business", many books are the spiritual wealth formed by the author's long-term efforts, even his life's energy and wisdom. We only need to spend a few dozen dollars to get and enjoy, let's ask where in the world is there anything more "cheap" and "cost-effective" than this?

Read more and read more, and slowly realize some of the doorways to reading. Privately, I believe that there are three levels or three realms of reading. The first is to read only, emphasizing simple spiritual enjoyment, which belongs to the consumption type; the second is to take notes after reading, which should belong to the "simple reproduction" of spiritual wealth; the third is to write while reading, which can be called the "expanded reproduction" of spiritual wealth. Looking back on my reading experience, I have also experienced these three stages of development. Personally, I feel that reading is too important to promote your own writing. Reading can accumulate knowledge and wealth for writing, and more importantly, reading can promote the generation of inspiration, and its role is like a "trigger pulse" in electronics, once connected, it can instantly ignite the spark of thought. Most of their creative inspiration comes from reading books, which is a story or shining point in the book, which inspires inspiration and broadens ideas.

The proverb is most appreciated: "It is not long to know the poor, and it is not long to be rich in ignorance." I most appreciated the verse like this: "Winter night, I am so happy to be covered by the snow of reading." The most unforgettable postcard sent to me by my classmates that year: "Good books and enlightenment three more months, four incense sticks when good friends come." ”

Admittedly, not everyone likes to read. Compared with reading, some people prefer to drink and play cards, some people prefer to play games, and some people believe in the world's largest religion - "Hui Hui Jue". Of course, everyone has their own reasons, but I believe in this statement: "Reading benefits lifelong, games ruin a lifetime" "At this time, sleeping can only dream, and reading at this time will realize dreams."

I remember that in the spring of 2000, I wrote a reading note reading Zola's "Blacksmith" and posted it to the People's Railway Newspaper. Mr. Wang Jingsheng, a poet and editor of the supplementary magazine at the time, sent it out with the title of "Spring Blacksmith: Awakening Our Souls to Read". I like this topic very much, because the silent earth needs to be constantly awakened, and people's reading consciousness also needs to be awakened, and they need to wake up loudly in the spring!

At this moment, it is as if you hear the cuckoos in the sky, as if singing: cuckoo, cuckoo, wake up quickly, plough the land to read! What a beautiful song!
