Since 2014, "Reading for All" has been written into the "Government Work Report" for nine consecutive times, and the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the outline of the long-term goals for 2035 put forward "in-depth promotion of reading for all and the construction of a 'book-fragrant China'". The continuous expansion of carriers and formats makes it possible to read at will anytime and anywhere, and the acceleration of reading for the whole people has become a reality.
Protect reading rights and interests, and continue to move towards full coverage of the reading population. Reading is a habit of conduct and a specific right. From providing Braille publications, large-character publications, and audiobooks for people with print disabilities, to ensuring the basic reading needs of minors, especially rural left-behind children, disabled children, etc., providing refined reading services for special groups, so that the temperature and humanistic care contained in reading can reach every corner of society. While protecting the reading rights and interests of different groups, it is necessary to minimize the reading threshold of each group, promote reading to become a choice and habit that everyone can enjoy, everyone can enjoy, and everyone can enjoy, and can also inject a more solid and profound humanistic connotation into the reading of the whole people.
