However, the occupants can only master the specialization of 1 tank at a time, which is called "proficiency", and proficiency will affect the performance of the tank, such as the loader's 100% proficiency takes 10 seconds to load a shot, and 50% proficiency takes 15 seconds to load a shot

In addition to the basic 100% proficiency, it is also affected by skills, accessories, etc., so a maximum of 132% proficiency will occur

For example, the female occupant in the picture above, she mastered the specialization of the Tan M48A5 in the silver coin, and she can play 115% of the proficiency in the M48A5

But if she is put on the Silver Coin T110E5 without retraining, she will only be able to play 71% proficiency, which will seriously affect the tank's various values, that is, be "punished"

Crews who have mastered the maneuvering ability of the Silver Coin Car are transferred to the Gold Coin/Special Tank of the corresponding model of the Silver Coin Car without the need for retraining. For example, I transferred this female crew member who mastered the specialization of the Silver Coin Tan M48A5 to the Gold Coin Tan Super Pershing, and there was no punishment and no need to retrain. But I transferred her to the Gold Coin Heavy Tank T34 and was punished the same as the T110E5, because although it was a gold coin car, it was not the corresponding model and needed to be retrained

Therefore, the crew's specialization is generally placed on the silver coin car, and then transferred when it is necessary to play the corresponding gold coin car, so that neither is affected. In general, the preferred skill of light tanks is usually concealed, after the second skill, you can wash a light bulb with the Captain 1 skill, and others will remain hidden. At the time of 3-4 skills, you can almost learn some other skills. In addition to the necessary light bulbs, I personally recommend that light tanks give priority to learning concealment, reconnaissance, situational awareness, veterans, all-rounders, such as walking on the ground, and other skills can be appropriately delayed. For round battles with low basic vision, reconnaissance and situational awareness can be learned earlier. For the LT-432/T-54 Light/M4190, which specializes in combat, it is possible to consider focusing on impact.

They would rather give priority to learning the brotherhood, adding a little rate of fire and comprehensive performance. As for the other priorities, it is not much different from those of muscle weight. The AMX 50B, which is always on the road and interspersed, can prioritize learning about generalists, manual stabilization, smooth driving, such as walking on the ground, and so on. In addition, the light bulb is still quite useful for The Heavy Tank, and in the moment of the endgame and so on, the light bulb is a magic skill.
