【New Season Coming】
In version 1.17, the "Steel Hunter", which is loved by the captains, will return again. In this mode, survival, strategy, and close cooperation with teammates can become the final hero in this mode. The upcoming "Steel Hunter" gameplay has been optimized more, allowing the captains to experience more joy during the game. In the new season, you only need 2 players to team up to join the game and compete with 9 other two-player squads. And in "Steel Hunter", you can also earn pass points based on the outcome of the battle.
【New Map New Tank】
The Land of Dreams and Arzagi 4.04 are familiar "Steel Hunter" event maps for the captains. At the beginning of the new season, another featured map, Finuffel, will also be added. Designed to be in the snowy north, this map will lead the captains through the picturesque frozen land.
The S-Series Waryan, the D-Series Valkyrie, the Y-Series pioneer MK.IV, the M-Series Raven and the F-Series Alekan are the existing tanks in the "Steel Hunter", and in order to allow more captains to find their favorite partners, three new tanks will also be unveiled in the new season. The B Series all-round medium tank Cyclone, the C Series high-speed tank White Wolf, and the V Series Beowulf will bring more possibilities to the game. In the new season, 3 of the 8 active tanks: Alekan, Raven and Varyan are available by default at all times, and the remaining 5 are available for hire.
【New Economic Model】
The economic system of the new season of "Steel Hunter" has also been updated. In the new season, the steel stamp, a new in-game currency, will be activated. The acquisition of Steel Seals depends on the damage inflicted in the battle, the number of modules damaged, and the number of opponents destroyed, the higher the ranking in the game, the more Steel Seals, Silver Coins, and Combat Experience will be gained. Captains with World of Tanks Premium accounts will receive a fixed silver coin and combat xp bonus in the new season, as well as an additional 50% Steel Stamp.
