In 2012, Zhang Xiantao studied for a doctorate in thermal energy and power engineering at the School of Power and Mechanical Engineering of Wuhan University, and was exposed to heat energy related theories. After 10 years of theoretical research and technological precipitation, the company was jointly established with Professor Hu Xuejiao of Wuhan University on November 21, 2019, and after two years of transformation of technological achievements, a breakthrough was finally achieved.

In addition to heating mobile phones, Wuhan Runde Company is also committed to "cooling" the ocean. Zhang Xiantao told reporters that in recent years, marine thermal pollution has entered the public eye. To this end, Wuhan Runde Company uses nano-bionic technology to absorb offshore thermal pollution.

Zhang Xiantao explained that the summer weather is hot, and everyone generally believes that it is good to cool under the big tree, because the big tree itself is a transpiration cooling system, through the large amount of heat absorbed by the tree and the continuous evaporation of the water in the leaves, to achieve environmental cooling.

The nanobionic technology is similar to the cooling prototype of the big tree. By building a set of nano-anti-seawater desalination system in the power station, the cooling of seawater is realized, and the high value-added fresh water can be obtained while solving heat pollution. "The system can cool the heat of seawater to 4 degrees Celsius and produce 2,000 tons of usable fresh water per day."

"At this moment, our staff is in Guangdong for equipment commissioning. The system is expected to be delivered by the end of this year. Zhang Xiantao said.

Zhang Xiantao revealed that it is roughly estimated that the scale of warming and drainage cooling projects in the operating nuclear power market can reach tens of billions, excluding thermal power stations and power stations under construction.
