Test Equipment & Principles

KP11 test method
KP11 is a test method specially designed for large bonds. It generally selects the 5 large keys with the highest operation frequency (keys with balanced structure such as Space, Enter, Shift*2, and Backspace) as the test object, fixes 11 test points according to the percussion hot zone map, simulates the operation habits of human hands, compares and analyzes the measured curve of each large key with the specifications and standard curves of the axis body used, calculates the deviation rate, and finally draws the advantages and disadvantages of the keyboard in the actual experience of the big key. The Miwu ART has a 68-key layout, so here only 4 large keys and 9 sampling points need to be measured.
Keyboard shaft body
At present, the keyboard of The Rice Thing mainly uses Jiadalong's G Yellow PRO axis, a kind of red shaft linear shaft, the shaft has been run from the factory, the stability is better than the CHERRY axis, and the noise after the run is small, the rebound is softer, the subjective experience is good, and it is recognized as a shaft body with higher cost performance.

【Ordinary key】Randomly select a key for testing, normally speaking, the 5 key parameters will basically pass the test in full green, and art pixel 1985 is also normal.
[Backspace key] The curve of the center press remains good linear. Because the shaft body is conducted late, the "conduction stroke" item appears red when pressing on the left side, but it does not affect the feel. Meanwhile, the "preload" on the left side of the press is slightly lower than 19.25cN, but it is close to the lower limit of 20cN that we set, so the shaking that represents the keycap is very slight.
【Enter key】The data is good when the center is pressed, and the score reaches 91.50 points. When pressed on the left satellite axis, all the data was also qualified, and the sensitive "preload" was also up to standard, and there was no shaking in the press, plus lubrication, smooth compression and no noise.
[Left Shift key] data performance and [Enter key] similar, the center and corner pressing are all green through, the entire key pressing stroke is sufficient, the bottom feedback is clean, there is a slight force jump when pressing at the right satellite axis, but the pre-pressure degree reaches more than 20cN, and there is the assistance of grease, the data and results are acceptable.
[Space key] The data is very good when the center is triggered, but when the satellite axis on both sides is pressed, the phenomenon of "preload" fluttering red appears. Numerically, 16.03cN and 18.85cN are not too low (above 15cN), and similar to the previous [Backspace] situation, it is also slightly loose. In addition, the "total stroke" can basically make it bottom out sufficiently, and the feedback of the steel plate is direct without the feeling of flesh.
Summary of measured deviations:
Judging from the test results, the Keyboard of the Miwu ART Series Pixel 1985 has only 4 NG of the 45 items of data tested, and the pass rate has reached 91%. The test score of 9 points is between 82 and 94 points, and the fluctuation is not large, and the final average score is 86 points. The phenomenon of exceeding the standard is concentrated in 3 places of "preload" (pre-pressure), and the "total range pressure" (bottom pressure) is all qualified.
