Winter Embers is an immersive sneak action game where you take on the role of Faceless Arthur Artorias, stepping into the shadows and uncovering the mysterious plot to banish your family from the stage of history. On the first night of winter, pull out your blade and seek revenge.
You are Arthur Artorias – the only survivor of a massacre that destroyed your family's estate and erased your family's name from history. Despite being thought to have long since died, the Faceless are illuminated by the flames of revenge–8 years later, you're back in exile. Embark on an adventure around a warlike religious hell that you are obsessed with controlling, revealing a dark story full of twisted characters.

A true stealth experience
As Arthur, you must stay in your home with shadows and explore hidden passages; however, be careful not to be discovered! Choose your own play style: stuning enemies will keep them silent for a while, but eventually wake up; the blade will seal the throat once and for all, but the blood left on the carpet can be a fatal clue! Be careful, peep through the keyholes, steal from unsuspecting people.
Esoteric arrow-making system
Plan your equipment and prepare for the mission. With over 30 arrows to craft, experiment with them and be the key to mission success! Is it to make a smoking arrow so that the opponent can't see, or to add a little toxin to make a poisonous smoke? Arrows can be used aggressively or retreating: break through walls with blunt-headed arrows to surprise enemies, or use rope arrows to ascend to higher locations and break enemies one by one from a distance.
