Under the umbrella of Microsoft's Xbox Game Studio, many studios have announced some upcoming Xbox games. However, there is still some news that is not officially available, including some external studios that are working with Xbox to launch new works.

Certain Affinity is one of the outside studios that work with Xbox, and while it's largely known as The Xbox Assist Studio, the "Uncle Party" has previously revealed that it is developing a new AAA-level IP. It is inspired by Capcom's Monster Hunter series and will be exclusive to Xbox.
Certain Affinity Studios has previously participated in the production of many Microsoft games, including Halo 2, Halo 4, Halo Sergeant Major Collection, etc. He also helped develop games such as Path to Survival and Doom.
Although the official did not announce any news, netizens found that the senior graphics engineer job advertisement released by Certain Affinity Studio mentioned that the studio was developing a "new original IP". The requirements in the job advertisement also list the development experience of AAA games and the development experience of Xbox games.
Previously, according to the "Uncle Party", Microsoft thought that it might be very expensive to land Monster Hunter on Game Pass, but it very much wanted a co-fight game like that, so it was willing to support Certain Affinity to develop the genre for a long time.
This isn't reportedly Certain Affinity's only Xbox-exclusive project. The studio is also said to be developing a new multiplayer mode for Halo: Infinity.
