Powerful performance, stylish style! Jeep's many facelifts were officially unveiled at the off-road conference

From April 9 to April 17, 2022, at the annual Easter Jeep Safari off-road conference, jeep brand and Mompar's JPP team will release a number of concept cars, in addition to showing the outstanding performance of Jeep brand models on off-road, but also demonstrating the Jeep brand's strong commitment to electrification and "zero-emission free travel". Many of these concept cars represent the future development direction of the Jeep brand and off-road vehicle development.

Jeep Wrangler Magneto 2.0 Concept Car

The two-door version of the Jeep Wrangler has a 12-inch increase in wheelbase, plus a custom 3-inch lift kit with 20-inch rims paired with off-road tires. And this concept car replaces the original parts with a special customized lightweight front and rear bumper. Front and rear tires are paired with carbon fiber wheel arches to help control the overall vehicle weight. And the newly designed appearance allows it to have a better approach and departure angle, calmly cope with off-road road conditions.

A year ago, the Jeep Wrangler Magneto concept car was released, equipped with a pure electric drive system, which also underscored the Jeep brand's commitment to promoting the vision of "zero emission free travel". Jeep Wrangler Magneto 2.0 as an upgraded version, the power system is further improved. The electric motor on board has a maximum output of 625 horsepower and a peak torque of 1153 Nm, which is more than three times that of the concept car launched last year.

At the same time, the matching manual transmission has also been optimized, and the first gear ratio has been optimized from 5.13 to 3.36. Coupled with the Rock-Trac transfer case used by Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, the Jeep Wrangler Magneto 2.0 concept car has an outstanding rock climbing ability, while also realizing the instantaneous on-demand distribution of torque.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk PHEV concept car

Earlier this year, the Jeep brand launched the first Grand Cherokee 4xe model in history, which has significantly improved its fuel economy. The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk PHEV concept car is based on the Grand Cherokee 4xe. It features a custom industrial blue exterior finish with a two-tone body, a black-painted roof and 20-inch grey matte rims, making it more refined and wild. Custom saddle-coloured seats with Chidori check inserts inside. The seat also features the iconic 4xe Trailhawk logo and blue stitching.

The Grand Cherokee Trailhawk PHEV Concept is equipped with two electric motors, a 400V battery pack, a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine and a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission, while the concept also features the class's unique Jeep Quadra-Lift four-wheel independent air suspension to optimize ride comfort. In addition, the class's unique anti-roll bar disconnect system helps to further improve the vehicle's articulation and traction performance in rocky and rough terrain.

Jeep '41 concept car

The concept car's matte olive-green finish with a black powder-coated steel bumper and Warn winch, with a tan soft top, gives this modern Jeep Wrangler 4xe a retro look with a high repeat rate. At the same time, the '41 concept car is also equipped with a JPP 2-inch elevation kit, as well as a 17-inch rim painted in matte green, and the overall shape is expected to be loved by most military fans.

Powered, the concept car still uses the Jeep Wrangler 4xe powertrain, mated to dual motors, equipped with a high-voltage battery pack, and equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged engine. It is also matched with an 8-speed automatic transmission to provide the driver with a unique road and all-terrain experience.

Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary Concept Car

Externally, the Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary Concept continues the design style of the Rubicon model as a whole, but uses a matte gray color scheme and is equipped with an active dual-mode high-performance exhaust, a high-performance engine cover with a central air intake, and a one-touch electric convertible function with removable side panels. The concept car is also equipped with a JPP 2-inch lift kit, a 17-inch Momar anti-trip ring with large mud tires, a steel bumper and bumper hoop with a Warn winch, and a steel engine carrier to ensure that it also performs in complex road conditions.

Powered by the 6.4L V8 engine, the concept car is based on the Wrangler's fastest and most powerful Wrangler model to date, the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392, with a 6.4L V8 engine, a maximum power of 470 hp and a maximum torque of 637 Nm. Equipped with the high-torque TorqueFlite 8HP75 8-speed automatic transmission and the Selec-Trac intelligent transfer case, it can provide four modes: two-wheel drive, intelligent four-wheel drive, time-sharing four-wheel drive, and low-speed four-wheel drive.

Jeep Bob concept car

The Jeep Bob concept car is based on the gladiator Rubicon, and its core highlight is not the configuration on board, but the design concept of "simplifying complexity". All four doors and B-pillars of the new car have been removed, redefining the convertible concept. In addition, the new car's custom hard top is perforated, and the canvas roof extends to the top, both to shield the wind and rain and allow natural light to shine into the car. The custom steel front and rear bumpers optimize the approach and departure angles of the new car, ensuring high-intensity off-road performance while maintaining a refined and stylish appearance.

The exterior of the new car is painted using a variety of polishing treatments, blending bright and matte finishes to increase the gloss and texture. Inside, brightly painted flooring and customised seating create a sporty atmosphere. The ventilated carbon fiber bonnet further enhances the appearance of the high-performance design and ensures that airflow is introduced into the engine more efficiently. Meanwhile, the 3-inch elevation kit and customized off-road suspension components further optimize its off-road performance.

The Jeep Bob Concept is powered by a 3.0L Eco-Diesel V6 turbocharged engine and is mated to the TorqueFlite 8HP758-speed automatic transmission, which is calibrated for low-rev shifts and can handle rough road conditions with ease. The new car is also equipped with a Momar cold air intake to further increase torque and improve fuel economy.

Jeep D-Coder concept car

The Jeep Gladiator D-Coder Concept is painted in glossy black and features over 35 JPP and Momar accessories in cherry red. The nose is equipped with a Rubicon-style three-piece modular bumper with integrated single-hoop tubular grille and winch protection, and a pair of 7-inch TYRI off-road LED lights are installed directly above the Rubicon-style Warn winch. And the JPP 2-inch elevation kit, equipped with FOX shock absorbers, 17x8.5-inch JPP five-spoke anti-disengagement rim, Bailuchi KM3 tires, and the side of the vehicle is also equipped with JPP wading hose to prevent water ingress of the 3.6L Pentastar engine when wading.

The concept car's cockpit also features a distinctive cherry red contrast theme, and both rows of seats are wrapped in Katzkin leather. Many Momar accessories are also available in the cockpit, including four sill guards, stainless steel pedal covers and all-weather foot pads throughout the cabin. And the inside of the hopper is sprayed with a textured Momar protective coating.

Jeep Birdcage concept car

The Jeep Wrangler 4xe Birdcage Concept is equipped with a variety of innovative custom accessories crafted by JPP and Mompar, featuring a JPP 2-inch elevation kit with FOX shock absorbers and an exclusive tan-red color scheme, with the front lower skid plate connected to two round 2-inch long steel support rods and integrated into a custom seven-hole grille to further optimize the vehicle's approach angle, while the guard plate also protects the Front Warn winch. The 17-inch JPP five-spoke anti-off wheel rim with the Egret Late KM3 tire gives it stronger field grip performance. And the concept car has removed the windshield, thus satisfying the user to be able to have a better off-road experience in the wild.

The concept car continues with the Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid system, consisting of a 2.0T turbocharged engine + two electric motors, matched with an 8-speed automatic transmission, with a combined maximum power of 276 kW (375 hp) and a peak torque of 637 Nm.
