- Artist Profile -

Liu Libo was born in May 1983 in Handan, Hebei Province. He is a member of the China Artists Association and the China Gongbi Painting Society. From 2004 to 2008, he studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and obtained a bachelor's degree. From 2010 to 2013, he studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts under the tutelage of Mr. Tang Yongli. From 2016 to 2020, he was admitted to Capital Normal University under the supervision of Mr. Sun Zhijun.

In our national culture, the thinking about this kind of spiritual construction has long existed, that is, the primitive humanity of Mencius and Xunzi said that the development of civilization is the process of transcending primitive human nature, regardless of sexual goodness and evil, personality belief must be based on the spiritual construction of the day after tomorrow, so since ancient times, we have formed a psychological consensus of the Chinese nation - sex is good!

He is a humble scholar and has no intention of getting involved in religion.

However, in the feeling of a person who studies painting: calligraphy and painting are the closest to the image expression of the soul, because, as the end of the traditional elite cultural form, Chinese painting and calligraphy contain the "truth" of philosophy, the "goodness" of literature and the "beauty" of images. The cultural positioning of Chinese painting by the ancients is "poetry", and the source it presents in the traditional context is from the philosophy of Zhuzi, to poetry and song, to pen and ink Danqing, so since the ancient literati believed in virtue, reliance on benevolence, and travel in art.

A plate of light ink, several colors of danqing, and a few pipe elements can create the rich beauty of the flowers and leaves and the sparse indifference of the dotting smoke clouds, just like the chuchu of the gorgeous teenager and the simple and thick length of the prosperous end, which makes people feel excited and suddenly burst into tears. Some people say that Chinese art is the art of the elderly, it is true that this is both the growth law of art and the growth law of life, personally experienced the anxiety of "worrying about giving new words", and experienced the helplessness of the past people who "only said that the sky is cold and autumn", in the hope that the image of the soul will become clearer and clearer: touch with the most sensitive soul; the strongest will to meet; the most generous mind to contain; the most dissipative posture to relieve. With the wisdom of art, the rhythm of life will increasingly coincide with the image of the heart.

Therefore, to construct the original mental schema is to create one's own world, and to paint a mental image of truth, goodness and beauty is not related to the profession.
