Taizhou, China, March 31 (Fan Yubin, Weng Danhong) The traditional Culture of Shaolin with Zen, Zen Martial Arts and Zen Medicine as the main body has been passed down for thousands of years. Nowadays, more and more inheritors of Chinese culture are working hard to promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture to "go to sea".

Since 2006, Zhang Zhongwu, a Hungarian overseas Chinese from Fuxi Subdistrict, Tiantai County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, has been engaged in the overseas dissemination of Zenwu culture on the overseas cultural platform of the "Zenwu International Alliance".

"When I was 13 years old, I worshiped Shi Xinghong, the 32nd generation disciple of the Shaolin Temple on Mount Song, as his teacher and became his personal disciple." Zhang Zhongwu said that when practicing kung fu, he never said bitterness, and diligent practice created a solid foundation in martial arts.

In addition to learning martial arts, Zhang Zhongwu also practiced culture ascetically. In 2002, he was admitted to Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, majoring in martial arts culture, and obtained profound cultural accumulation and solid martial arts skills. After graduating in 2006, he followed his master Shi Xinghong to Italy as the head coach of the Italian Zen Martial Arts League.

"Most of my students have been exposed to martial arts, and some students have practiced Chinese Kung Fu, Japanese Karate, etc., so almost no one listens carefully to the lectures when teaching basic skills." Zhang Zhongwu recalled that when he first became head coach, he was still young and did not get the respect of the students in the initial class.

Therefore, Zhang Zhongwu proposed martial arts competition, and after several competitions, the students all ended in defeat. He took the opportunity to explain the importance of basic skills to the students, and taught the students to learn from scratch and learn kung fu in a down-to-earth manner.

Under the initiative of Shi Xinghong, executive vice chairman of the Hungarian-Chinese Police Exchange Association, Zhang Zhongwu, together with professionals and people of insight who are committed to disseminating Chinese kung fu and Chinese culture from all over the world, founded the non-governmental public welfare organization "Zen Wu International Alliance" in Hungary in 2003, with the purpose of "carrying forward the spirit of Zen Wu, disseminating Chinese culture, promoting Sino-foreign exchanges, and building people-to-people bonds", integrating Zen buddhism and martial arts spirit, and establishing the concept of "meditating on the heart and strengthening the body with martial arts" among kung fu practitioners To spread Chinese culture to local people and overseas Chinese, including Shaolin Kung Fu, tea ceremony, calligraphy, dragon and lion dances, seasonal drums, Chinese, etc.

Zhang Zhongwu introduced that every year from July to August, the Hungarian Zen Martial Arts Alliance will carry out annual summer camp activities to provide a platform for local overseas Chinese and foreign friends to learn traditional Chinese culture, and the training content is mainly kung fu, sanda, tai chi, tea art, calligraphy, Analects, etc. as the supplement, with him as the head coach.

Today, Zhang Zhongwu has become a business card of Zen martial arts culture in Hungary, and the students always affectionately call him "Master". He walked in front of and behind the scenes of every big and small event, giving him a deeper understanding of Zen martial arts culture. Talking about the future, he hopes that in order to promote the overseas dissemination of Chinese culture, more people can feel the charm of Chinese culture and Zen wu culture. (End)
