In the spring of 1938, the Northwest Field Service Regiment of the 18th Group Army came to Tang County to carry out revolutionary work, and the leader of the group was The Musical Talent Zhou Weizhi. He was born in 1916 to a peasant family in Dongtai, Jiangsu Province, and joined the Eighth Route Army in 1937.
