IT Home March 24 news, a few days ago, realme India branch announced that the realme GT 2 Pro will be launched in India on April 7. However, that tweet was quickly deleted, possibly indicating a change in plans. But this is not the case, as realme officials announced today that the GT 2 Pro will indeed be unveiled in India on April 7.
Realme didn't say whether it would launch a vanilla version of the GT 2 model in India on April 7, but the tweets that were previously removed included #realmeGT2Series, while the new tweets didn't, and maybe realme GT 2 won't be launched in India for the time being.
The realme GT 2 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, pre-installed with the Android 12-based realme UI 3.0 system, and equipped with up to 12GB+512GB of storage. The phone features a 6.7-inch 120Hz QHD+ LTPO2 AMOLED screen, covered by Gorilla Glass Victus protection. There is a fingerprint reader at the bottom of the screen, a punch hole in the upper left corner, and a built-in 32-megapixel selfie camera.
On the back, the phone uses a camera system consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 3-megapixel macro lens.
The realme GT 2 Pro features stereo speakers and comes with a 500mAh battery that supports fast charging up to 65W via a USB-C port.
