The four standards focus on the field of accident automobile maintenance technology, mainly standardizing the technical content such as maintenance man-hour measurement method, common vulnerable repairable range and low-carbon maintenance method, aiming to ensure the integrity and objectivity of working hour measurement and low-carbon maintenance technology, and to help the healthy development of the automotive aftermarket industry and specific measures to serve people's livelihood.

On the basis of fully studying the vehicle disassembly process and combining with practical application, the standard clarifies the disassembly and maintenance process of vehicle parts, ensures the objectivity and integrity of the measured working hours, improves the standard system for determining the working hours of accident automobile maintenance, forms a complete set of accident automobile maintenance working hours standards, fills the gap in the standards in this field, and solves the problem of no unified, scientific and enforceable pricing standard system nationwide.
