First, the implementation of private cars on new cars without inspection of license plates.

Now after the implementation of the new regulations, the inspection of private cars when they are licensed will be cancelled, and small cars and micro non-operating passenger cars will be uniformly inspected when they leave the factory, and the owners do not need to check twice after buying a car.
Automobile manufacturers must share vehicle information with the public security traffic management department, and the relevant departments directly check from the information provided by the manufacturer, and the owner does not have to drive the car to queue up for inspection.
Second, passenger car registration is handled by the national one-card office.
This new regulation is particularly user-friendly and brings a lot of convenience to car owners. In the past, after many car owners bought a car, it was very troublesome to apply for a car registration certificate outside the place of household registration, and the owner needed to provide proof of residence and other materials.
Now the mainland implements the registration of passenger cars, the whole country is a certificate, no matter where the owner of the car bought, in what city to register, the driver of the motor vehicle can only provide a resident identity card to register the motor vehicle, do not need to provide proof of residence.
Third, the change of vehicle information is handled across provinces.
In the past, when some car owners wanted to change the vehicle information, they needed to return to the place of household registration for processing, which was very troublesome to operate. At present, the relevant departments have simplified the procedures for handling certificates and promoted inter-provincial communication.
You can change the vehicle information in different provinces, add auxiliary devices for special vehicles for the disabled or install luggage racks for small passenger cars without going to the location of the vehicle to go through the procedures, you can apply in other provinces, this group as long as you submit relevant materials, holding the ID card can complete the change of relevant information.
The newly revised motor vehicle registration regulations will be officially implemented from 1 May 2022, when all car owners will be able to enjoy the convenience of the new regulations. In the past, when the owner chose the license plate, there was only one way to choose the license plate at random. Now the self-numbered selection of license plates will be implemented all over the country, and car owners can edit the number of their choice to query the selected license plate, no longer need to select the randomly generated license plate of the system.
After May 1, the mainland will also implement a license plate exchange system, and two cars under the owner's name can change the license plate, which can only be changed once a year. One thing to note is that the nature of the license plate as well as the nature of the vehicle must be the same.
