"Small and large museum, the world's first class", this is the late famous Chinese painting painter and collector Huang Ji's evaluation of the Qingzhou City Museum in Shandong Province. A county-level museum can actually get the admiration of the big guys in the collection industry, there must be something special. Tourists who have visited the Qingzhou City Museum must be familiar with such a sentence, "The only national museum in the country in the county." ”
The museum in the county town has become a national first-class museum, and the biggest reason is that this museum contains the only answer sheet of the keju yuan in the mainland, the examination answer sheet of Zhao Bingzhongdian in the twenty-sixth year of the Ming Dynasty (1598). Because the Zhuangyuan Answer Sheet is too precious and has always been a royal secret, how Zhao Bingzhong's Zhuangyuan Answer Sheet was lost to the people is still a mystery.
According to the title "Ask the Emperor's Government and the Heart of the Emperor" by wanli emperor Zhu Yijun, Zhao Bingzhong answered with 2460 words. In the answer sheet, Zhao Bingzhong was reasonable and well-founded, summing up the experiences and lessons of the emperors in governing the country in previous dynasties, and pinpointing the shortcomings of the times and putting forward ten suggestions for governing the country and ensuring state security. We can see this answer sheet today, thanks to Zhao Bingzhong's 13th generation grandson Zhao Huanbin, who donated the answer sheet to the state free of charge in 1983.
Zhao Huanbin's son, Zhao Jiguang, recalled: "In 1983, Wei Zhensheng, then director of the former Qingzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Management Institute, came to his home 24 times in succession, hoping that his father would donate this national treasure-level cultural relic. In the end, his father was touched by Wei Zhensheng and donated this heirloom. After Wei Zhensheng got the answer sheet, he immediately sent it to the Forbidden City in Beijing for expert appraisal, and everyone has always believed that this is the authenticity, and also wrote on the appraisal book: "At present, the Examination Paper of the Ming Dynasty Palace in our country has found only this one authentic copy, which can be said to be a priceless treasure and is a national first-class cultural relic." ”
As the only well-preserved answer sheet in the mainland, Zhao Bingzhong's answer sheet was exhibited in the Qingzhou Museum, and the people who came to admire it were endless, and the museum became famous for this. No one expected that on August 5, 1991, the national treasure-level cultural relics that were the treasures of the town hall would disappear. The national treasure was actually lost, or the only Yuandian test answer sheet, the local public security department immediately set up a special case team, and even the secretary of the municipal party committee was alarmed.
Under the attention of the leaders of Qingzhou City, the police investigated and found that the suspect who stole the national treasure was most likely the staff of the museum. Immediately, the police monitored all the staff of the museum, and Lin Chuntao, a security guard of the museum's security section, escaped late that night. The police immediately pursued Lin Chuntao, and information about Lin Chuntao quickly surfaced.
Lin Chuntao was 24 years old at the time, physically strong, obsessed with cultural relics, especially fond of reading books on cultural relics. After locking lin chuntao, the police fought for 8 days and 9 nights and successfully arrested Lin Chuntao. According to Lin Chuntao's confession, after he stole Zhao Bingzhong's answer sheet, he hoped to sell it for 1.5 million yuan. Fortunately, no one on the black market of cultural relics had seen the answer sheet, and they did not dare to easily touch this national treasure-level cultural relic.
After Lin Chuntao was captured, he was executed in the first instance by the Intermediate People's Court of Weifang City, Shandong Province, in December 1991, and then upheld the original sentence by the Shandong Provincial High People's Court, and was executed in June of the following year.
