A keyframe was intercepted for a reverse search, and the results showed that the video was originally posted by Kadyrov on his Telegram channel on March 10. According to Kadyrov's description, the man in the video is named Alibek Delimkhanov, who is "the first deputy commander of the North Caucasus region of the National Guard of the Russian Federation."
Kadyrov said "motor vehicles are needed for combat situations" and therefore delivered SUVs to soldiers on the front line. The dynamic also writes that Delimkhanov "is at the most critical point in Ukraine."

For example, the vegetation conditions on the hill behind the factory building and the condition of the open space on the other side of Savieckaja Street, where the photographer of the photograph stood, are very similar to the locations where the online video was filmed.
Netizens filmed and uploaded the appearance of the gold coin Loka factory building in January this year.
In addition, according to the directions shown on Google Maps, the building behind Demhanov in the video is probably a bank called Belgazprom.
