According to the consumer's recollection, he was driving a Jiefang brand truck that day, driving to the gas station and choosing to add 1,000 yuan of diesel fuel first, and the fuel gauge pointer in the car was close to the red grid when refueling. According to past experience, the amount of 1,000 yuan of fuel can basically fill the tank, and the actual addition of only half of the tank of oil on the day is not consistent with the consumer's previous refueling, and then it took 350 yuan more to fill the tank.
In the process of inquiry, it was learned that the last time the consumer had recorded refueling was on January 26, when the price of No. 0 diesel in Shanghai was 7.05 yuan / liter, while the price of No. 0 diesel at the time of refueling was 7.48 yuan / liter, and in the case of the same refueling cost of 1000 yuan, the difference between the two refueling before and after was about 8.15 liters.
The staff of the Market Supervision Institute told reporters that after on-site inspection and evidence collection, there was no problem with the gas pump in the gas station. The main reasons why the consumer has doubts about the amount of refueling are as follows. First, failure to pay attention to changes in oil prices in a timely manner. Third, the actual capacity of the vehicle fuel tank is greater than the rated capacity, resulting in the refueling being too full.
