IT House March 18 news, today, Samsung announced that it officially accepted the booking order for its 2022 series TV, and announced the full details and price of its long-rumored QD-OLED TV, which was officially named S95B.

The S95B is a 4K QD-OLED TV that will come in two sizes: $2,399.99 for a 55-inch and $3,499.99 (about 22,224 yuan) for a 65-inch. The Samsung QD-OLED panel provides superior color accuracy at high brightness levels, better viewing angles than regular OLEDs, and a wider range of color reproduction. Sony also announced that its TVs use Samsung's QD-OLED display.

The Samsung S95B is powered by the same neural quantum processor 4K as the other 2022 Samsung flagship TVs, the same Tizen system, and a high-end Q-Symphony speaker that supports Dolby Atmos.

In terms of other TV products, Samsung updated its Neo QLED 8K and 4K Mini LED TVs this year, providing software enhancements to support variable refresh rates up to 144Hz, 14-bit processing, and an improved anti-reflective layer.

Samsung's 2022 version of frame TV screens switched to matte treatment, and Samsung promised "almost no reflections." When a TV displays artwork when it's idle, it should make a very noticeable difference. Frame TVs in 2022 range in size from 43 inches to 75 inches and start at $999.99 (about 6,349 yuan). Samsung says the 32, 55 and 85-inch sizes will also be available "soon."

IT House understands that most of the products in Samsung's 2022 TV series will start shipping in April, with the exception of the QN95B, which will begin pre-ordering on May 23.
