Don't go to the high speed when you buy an electric car, and don't buy a pure electric car when you always run at high speed.
Different cars are suitable for different road conditions and meet different needs. Just like cars, MPVs, play can't come off-road, hard-core SUVs take the city congested road conditions, that must cost fuel. Pure trams are more suitable for the road conditions of short-distance driving in the city, and have great advantages over fuel vehicles, but on the high speed, these advantages cannot be reflected.
First, pure electricity on high speed is easy to become a father
High speed means long distance driving, and long distance is the Achilles heel of pure trams: endurance anxiety. Of course, if you raise the bar with me, it is tens of kilometers around the city highway, then I did not say.
Long-distance driving, driving a fuel car, you don't have to think so much, safe driving is over, how far the tube is, and how much oil is left in the tank, don't worry at all. There are gas stations in every service area, and even every highway exit, within 1 kilometer of the lower road, there are also gas stations, and even cheaper. Driving into the gas station, even if there is a car waiting in front of you, one in a few minutes, it will not take too long.
Driving a pure tram will definitely involve the problem of mileage, indeed, most services now also have charging piles, and you can also see where you can charge with your mobile phone. However, the convenience of charging is far less than refueling, not only the problem of long charging time, but also the waiting time will be much longer.
If it is an off-season trip, it is just that, if it is a holiday, the peak of travel... In today's pure electric car blowout outbreak, you drive a pure electric car to run high speed, may not experience too good.
To take a simple example, Beijing, you can't shake the number, you can only buy pure electricity, the Spring Festival back to the northeast hometown, one-way is not too far, 1000Km, your car pure electric endurance 700Km, which is already the highest in the mass production car now. Theoretically, there is no problem at all, as long as you charge once in the middle, support fast charging, 40 minutes can be charged to 80%, that is, the time to eat a meal in the service area, right?
And the reality? During the Spring Festival, the winter in the north, the battery will inevitably have attenuation, normal to play a 30% discount, in winter you must open the warm air, right? With a cruising range of 700Km, it can actually run 400Km even if the manufacturer does not inflate the mileage. In fact, if you run 120 at high speed, running 350 is enough, we don't have to be too harsh, count 400Km, nothing more than charging twice in the middle.
Think simple, pure electric daddy will definitely give you a look. First of all, 400Km battery life, where do you drive to charge? If you still have 50% of the electricity to charge, I am afraid you will have to charge it five or six times. The average person will charge it when the power is less than 20%, right? Now you drive 320Km, into the service area, and 20% of the electricity. Spring Festival everyone goes home for the New Year, and you are not the only one who takes the Beijing-Harbin Expressway, everyone has a holiday at the same time, the same time to leave, there are more electric vehicles, and the charging spaces in the service area are occupied, right? Now there are two people in front of you, the average one person charges for 40 minutes, a total of 80 minutes, ask you wait?
Don't wait, you go to the next service area, the battery is still 5%, the next service area may need to wait for three people, you don't have to wait. The next line was 120 minutes, charging was 40 minutes, and the small three hours were gone. (Not counting the travel time, it is the wasted time of charging)
You drove 350Km, and now the charge is 80%, which is equivalent to charging 320Km mileage. You set off at 8 a.m., six hours have passed, and now it's two o'clock in the afternoon. It was opened again 280Km, and at 4:30 p.m., there was still about 10% of the power, and it had to be charged. During the Spring Festival, there are many difficult brothers like you, and the possibility of finding an idle charging pile is almost zero. We don't have to assume that the extreme situation, or the first three people in line, charging a battery for more than 2 hours. It's seven o'clock in the evening, and it's not until Panjin. It's only halfway there.
At 7 p.m. in winter, it is already dark, and you can continue to run more than two hundred kilometers until 80% of the time. Around 9 p.m., the ideal situation is for you to go to a larger city, such as Tieling. Find a hotel to stay, the hotel is best to have a charging pile, tomorrow morning you can fully charge. I count you lucky — after all, to Tieling, there are a lot fewer pure trams. Of course, there are also many fewer charging piles.
If you are lucky, you stay overnight in Tieling, only more than 200 kilometers away from home, full of electricity in the morning, and can drive home in one breath. If you're not lucky, you might drive through the streets of Tieling in the middle of the winter night, looking for a charging station with your phone. At this moment, the endurance of the car is less than 5%...
Is it very educated? The reality may be more cruel, you know, in the cold winter months, the temperature difference outside the Guanli Guanxi is a lot, around Beijing, pure trams can drive 400Km, to Tieling, may only be 300Km.
This is actually the fatal flaw of pure trams, even if the endurance is 1000Km, there are still the same problems for running long distances. Even if the infrastructure is perfect, it is impossible to take into account the peak of travel such as the Spring Festival. Second, pure trams are not safe at high speed
This is for some pure trams. For example, Wuling Hongguang MINI, Chery Ant, Collavig... All mini-cars included.
The art industry has a specialty, this kind of small micro scooter is to commute to buy vegetables to pick up children, you treat it as an electric bicycle plus a shed on the end, not to mention the high speed, it is best not to even go the city expressway. For such small and micro vehicles, the crash test of The China Insurance Research Institute has no practical significance. Zhongbao Research Test is to hit the wall, and the collision energy is only related to the weight of your body (speed is certain). On the high speed, the high probability is a collision between cars, and the car will definitely suffer losses. I won't say more.
Of course, pure electricity also has medium and large cars, such as Han EV, Extreme Krypton 001, Tang EV, Chery Big Ant, Polar Fox Alpha S... The safety of such cars is not much different from that of the same level of fuel vehicles, and there is no problem with the minimum safety on the high speed.
Third, the working conditions are not suitable
We generally say that the fuel consumption of fuel vehicles, if there is 10 oil in the urban area, the high-speed may only need 7. Pure trams are just the opposite, urban pure trams consume 16 kWh of electricity per 100 kilometers, and the average speed of 120Km on the high speed may require more than 20 kWh of electricity.
In fact, no matter what kind of car, high-speed driving, because the wind resistance and the speed of the square is proportional, so the faster the speed, the greater the vehicle needs to fight against the resistance, which also means the higher the fuel consumption. But why is the fuel consumption of fuel vehicles lower than in urban areas on high speeds? In fact, it is not to save fuel on the highway, but to spend too much fuel on the road conditions in the city.
First of all, when waiting for the red light to idling, the fuel consumption of the idle speed is completely wasted and meaningless. The second is stop-and-go, the initial stage, because the internal combustion engine is not low torsion, it has to pull up the number of revolutions to provide enough torque for the vehicle to complete the start. At this time, there is less air intake, more fuel injection, it belongs to the oil-rich state, gasoline combustion is not sufficient, not only wastes fuel, but also serious pollution, and now there are vehicles with particle traps, which are more likely to be blocked in urban road conditions.
Pure trams, on the other hand, have enough starting torque and no idle speed. So the road conditions in the urban area save electricity. However, pure trams have no gearbox, only a reducer. When the speed of the vehicle is faster, the efficiency will be greatly reduced after the number of motor revolutions is increased to a certain extent. There is even a case of overheating protection. Therefore, high speed is more expensive and even limits power output.
We were on the highway and saw some green-labeled pure trams, walking in the slow lane, running at a uniform speed of about 90 per hour, please understand them. It may be that they are afraid of excessive power consumption and no place to charge, or it may be that the motor is simply overheated and the output is limited. Of course, don't laugh at pure trams, or that sentence, the art industry has a specialty, pure trams are indeed not suitable for high-speed road conditions, but if the urban area is transported, the fuel vehicle can not be equipped with four more rudders.
