The second round of pre-season testing in Formula 1 is underway at the Sakhir Circuit in Bahrain. At present, the testing of the morning phase of the first day is over. Chinese driver Zhou Guanyu completed a total of 54 laps on the track, the best of which was 1:38.164 made with C3 neutral tires, ranking seventh among all the drivers who appeared.
Before the test began, Alfa Romeo team leader Vassell said in an interview that the cooperation between Bottas and Zhou Guanyu was very smooth.
"Their cooperation is very good, which is very important for Zhou Guanyu. I don't think we have to put too much pressure on Guanyu, but coming to F1 is a huge improvement, not just in terms of driving, because I think the difference between driving in F1 and F2 is not big, but more about managing all kinds of things. ”
