On April 8, the 2024 Bahrain Right Banner National People's Congress deputies and CPPCC members proposed a meeting to be held. Zhang Lei, member of the Standing Committee of the Flag Committee and deputy head of the Flag Government, Wang Yanxia, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Flag People's Congress, and Dun Pingfang, vice chairman of the Flag People's Political Consultative Conference, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Zhang Lei signed a handover letter with the organizers and made arrangements for the handling and reply of the proposals of the NPC deputies and the CPPCC members.
The meeting pointed out that the suggestions of the people's congress deputies and the proposals of the CPPCC members are an important means to solicit the urgent expectations of the people of all ethnic groups in the whole banner, promote the government to improve the people's livelihood in work, and enhance the sense of happiness of the masses, and are also a concrete embodiment of accepting the supervision of the people's congress, the CPPCC and the masses. All undertaking units should handle the issues raised by the deputies and committee members as soon as they receive them, seriously analyze and study the questions raised by the deputies and committee members, conduct on-the-spot investigations and feasibility demonstrations, and put forward replies that are substantial, feasible, and in line with the reality of our banner. It is necessary to continue to carry forward the good traditions and experiences of the past years, and focus our efforts on solving problems, achieving practical results, and improving the quality of our work, so as to reassure the deputies and committee members and satisfy the masses.
