Since April 22, the Zumiao Street Law Enforcement Office has jointly carried out a one-month joint law enforcement and rectification action with the traffic police, municipal supervision, comprehensive management and other departments, so as to create and maintain a business-friendly and tourist-friendly environment in the Zumiao business district with refined governance and intelligent management.
The joint law enforcement and rectification team is divided into two shifts every day, morning and evening, and while focusing on the renovation of the Zumiao business district, it conducts irregular inspections on other city appearance black spots in the jurisdiction. While carrying out daily city appearance management, the joint law enforcement and rectification team will also focus on cracking down on food safety stalls involving gas cylinder merchants and school gates, and effectively eliminate potential safety hazards in the gas field and crack down on food safety problems with a sense of responsibility of "always rest assured".

Recently, the Zumiao Market Supervision Institute has carried out special inspections in the fields of food, drugs, special equipment, product quality, price order, measuring instruments, etc., to effectively create a safe and secure consumption environment during the "May Day" festival and ensure the safety and stability of the market during the festival.
Conduct food safety inspections
Law enforcement officers inspect business entities such as supermarkets and farmers' markets in the jurisdiction, highlighting the supervision of bulk consumer goods such as meat products, dairy products, edible oil, alcohol, and pastries, focusing on checking whether the product purchase inspection system is implemented, whether the product labels are complete, whether the supplier qualifications are complete, whether there are "three nos" and expired products entering the market, etc., and urge and remind food operators to strictly implement the food safety management system. Carry out product quality checks
Law enforcement officers have carried out quality and safety supervision on the sales of key products such as electric vehicles and gas appliances in the jurisdiction, and checked whether the purchase channels are legal, whether the outer packaging of the products is compliant, and whether there are inspection certificates and 3C mandatory marks. By strictly controlling the source of product quality and safety, we will strictly prevent substandard products or "three no" products from entering the market.

According to the characteristics of consumption in the festival market, law enforcement personnel focus on large-scale supermarkets, restaurants, and farmers' markets as key inspection units, and conduct supervision and inspection around festival hot-selling foods, seasonal fruits and vegetables, grain, oil, rice, and noodles, focusing on checking whether there are illegal acts such as price gouging, unspecified price marking, and price fraud, and urge all operators to effectively strengthen price self-discipline and awareness of social responsibility, comply with laws and regulations, operate in good faith, and consciously maintain market order.
Carry out inspections of measuring instruments
Law enforcement personnel are to check whether the operator has used measuring instruments that have not been verified or exceeded the verification period, and whether there is any use of modified or unqualified measuring instruments or deliberately destroying the accuracy of measuring instruments. At the same time, law enforcement personnel explain the relevant laws and regulations to operators, further enhance the awareness of law-abiding operators, and require business entities not to use state-eliminated and unqualified measuring instruments, and strictly prohibit the use of measuring instruments to cheat and deceive the general public.
Up to now, a total of 120 law enforcement officers have been dispatched to inspect more than 60 market entities of various types. In the next step, the Zumiao Market Supervision Institute will continue to increase special inspections in the field of market supervision, effectively prevent and resolve all kinds of potential safety hazards, and make every effort to maintain market order during the "May Day" festival.
