It is understood that the Bahrain Right Banner Water Conservancy Treasury Bond Project has been included in the implementation of a total of 10 projects, with a total investment of 311 million yuan. The implementation of these treasury bond projects is of great significance to the economic and social development of our banner. Among them, the Bahrain Right Banner Halu ditch treatment project invested 13.1012 million yuan, 7.258 kilometers of new revetments, 3.5 kilometers of dredging, 0.08 kilometers of ditch bottom protection, directly through the Chagan Murong River Dabannan River section, this mountain flood ditch is the largest of the five mountain flood ditches that threaten the Daban urban area, directly related to the safety of more than 30,000 people in the railway development zone and Malaqin New Village, has been regarded as a key flood danger area. The implementation of the project can relieve the flood threat of one-third of the north side of the city, which is of great significance for the urban flood control of the whole banner, and greatly reflects the public welfare attribute of water conservancy and people's livelihood.
