Monster Hunter: Rise next week's livestream will detail the Dawn DLC

As Monster Hunter Rise grows on Switch and PC, attention is being paid to the acclaimed hunting action game's "Dawn" DLC, and as its "Summer" release window approaches, Capcom revealed that it will detail the new content for the future next Tuesday (March 15).

Currently, we know that Sunbreak, a "new, ominous chapter" previously described by Capcom as The Rise of Monster Hunter, will introduce new monsters, new locations, new hunting operations, and a new, more challenging mission level, very similar to the Icefield DLC of Monster Hunter: World, although not as icy in nature.

However, aside from these early details (and several new monsters that have been recently revealed, including "Greedy Beast" Lunagaron), Capcom has remained rather silent about what players can see when they come to PC and Switch this summer.

Hopefully, that will change, and the publisher has now promised to provide about 20 minutes of new DLC briefing information, including "disclosures of new monsters, game information, and others," in a developer livestream broadcast on Twitch next Tuesday (March 15) at 2 p.m. (7 a.m. Beijing time).

While Monster Hunter: Rises players patiently await the arrival of Dawn, Capcom continues to add new content to the base game on a regular basis. Recently, it partnered with Universal Studios Japan to launch two new missions, a set of "Defender" weapons for all 14 weapon types, the "Veteran Amulets," and "Black Belt" armor designed to help junior players progress more easily in the game.
