The Fall of Babylon isn't a good RPG or a bad RPG, but it's the ugliest of generations of console games.
Overall:
In many ways, The Fall of Babylon is more of a mediocre version of a game from the previous fire. The combat system is well made, but it's not appealing, and as you complete one linear level after another, the game's operation can easily degenerate into repetitive keystrokes. As before, the RPG system enhances the player's attributes to keep the game (and campaign) sustainable. But in this game, it's too monotonous to provide some twists that make the game progress and growth enough to appeal to players. The work has a unique artistic style, but it is wasted on monotonous environments and ugly character modeling. At the end of the day, The Fall of Babylon is not good, it's neither good nor bad, but there's no reason to invest time in it.
