In order to actively inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, enhance the public's understanding and understanding of women's calligraphy and painting art, and help the construction of Wenzhou in the new era, this afternoon, the "Lin Quan Yangsu - Wang Suliu Calligraphy and Painting Works Homecoming Exhibition" sponsored by Shanghai Normal University, Wenzhou University, Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Television Tourism, and Wenzhou Women's Federation opened at Wenzhou Yanyuan Art Museum. Wu Xiaojuan, secretary of the party group and chairman of the Municipal Women's Federation, and other leaders attended and visited the exhibition.
Wang Suliu, an adult of Literature, is an outstanding contemporary female painter who went out from Wenzhou. In his early years, he studied in the Fine Arts Department of the former Wenzhou Normal University, studied under Mr. Zhang Ruyuan, Mr. Chen Zhongkang and other Predecessors of Wenzhou Calligraphy and Painting, stayed in the school after graduation, and then was admitted to the Chinese Painting Department of the China Academy of Art, under the tutelage of Professor Lin Haizhong, and after graduating with a doctorate, he taught at the Academy of Fine Arts of Shanghai Normal University, and since then he has lived in Shanghai and Hangzhou for many years. His Chinese paintings have been collected by the National Museum, Zhejiang Academy of Painting, Guangzhou Lin Fengmian Art Museum, Hangzhou Chinese Painting Institute, Taipei Zhongshan Hall and other institutions.
A total of 80 works are exhibited in this exhibition. It is divided into three themes: "Qiu Garden Yangsu", "Yanxia Xiansheng" and "Fishing Tree Hermitage". The works of Shanshui Wenzhou, Moxiang Wenzhou, and Wang Suliu are just the perfect fusion of these two. Her paintings have both a background in traditional landscapes and a strong atmosphere of the times, showing the independent thinking of the painter himself. She takes "vivid charm" as the highest pursuit, her paintings are rich in color, but elegant and elegant, and integrate the visual transmission of color with the quaint culture, "seeing simplicity".
This is a big summary of Wang Suliu's painting skills over the years, and it is also a large-scale homecoming exhibition, making a solemn report to the hometown and alma mater where she was raised.
