On October 24th, the Shandong Provincial Hospital Management Advanced Training Course sponsored by Chinese University and the Medical Management Service Center of Shandong Provincial Health Commission was officially opened in Yantai City.
The training course was presided over by Hu Zhifeng, director of the Government and Business Management Training Center of the School of Continuing Education of Chinese University. A total of three experts from inside and outside the province were invited to give lectures. More than 180 presidents (secretaries) of public hospitals of grade II and above in Shandong Province attended the meeting.

Secretary Yang Nan of Laizhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital gave a lecture on "If the Road Is Right, You Are Not Afraid of Distance"
In the lecture, Secretary Yang Nan deeply analyzed the new situation, new characteristics and development laws of the current domestic medical and health work and the development of medical institutions, and conducted in-depth analysis and discussion from the aspects of development direction, work focus, institutional construction, talent training, discipline building and so on.
Secretary Yang Nan combined with the actual situation of the hospital, expounded the refreshing management concepts such as "Tao and Technique, Five Things and Seven Plans", and pointed out that to achieve high-quality development, "thinking is changing, changing is general". Emphasize the need to continue to innovate and strive for strength around the health needs of the masses, actively create a new pattern suitable for their own development, and promote the development of the cause into the fast lane.
The leaders attending the meeting expressed great interest in Secretary Yang Nan's lecture, and said that the lecture was lofty, far-reaching, expanded the work ideas, and had strong guiding significance for better implementation of hospital management and high-quality hospital development.
