Born in 1966, enlisted in the army in 1984, his ancestral home is Nanyang, Henan. He was formerly the chief nurse of the Shiquanhe Medical Station of the Ali Military Sub-district of Tibet, and is currently the deputy director nurse of the 957th Army Hospital and a national second-level psychological counselor. His works have won the Bingxin Prose Award, the All-Army Literary and Art Outstanding Works Award, and the Kunlun Literary and Art Award.

Liu Chunfeng, whose real name is Liu Chunfeng, graduated from the Literature Department of the former People's Liberation Army Academy of Arts in 1995, and graduated from the 17th Advanced Research Class of Lu Xun Academy of Literature in 2012, and worked as a screenwriter in the Military Drama Troupe. "Talking to the Sky" was adapted into a TV series, and "The Place Far Away from the Launch Site" won the "Feitian" Award and the Military Theme Excellent Program Award. He has won the China Excellent Publications Book Award, the "Three Hundred" Original Award of the General Administration of Publications, the Outstanding Literary and Art Works Award of the Whole Army, the Excellent Works Award of "People's Liberation Army Literature and Art", and the Long March Literature and Art Award.
