At the scene, the dance "Winter Paralympic Round Dance" reproduced the "Chinese romance", 90 actors from the China Disabled People's Art Troupe, Zhejiang Provincial Disabled People's Art Troupe, Shandong Province Disabled People's Art Troupe, Beijing Sport University, dressed in snow-white costumes, following the music of the Winter Paralympic Round Dance, outlining different snowflake shapes through formation transformation, flying on the colorful picture screen symbolizing spring, floating in the hearts of guests around the world. In this amazing performance, there are 50 hearing-impaired "snowflake girls".
The dancing shoes were worn out and wrapped in tape, and then practiced, and some people still had beats in their dreams... In order to present the most beautiful snowflakes, for two months, the "Snowflake Girls" have paid hard sweat and happy tears, no one has retreated, every snowflake here is very tough, all for the gorgeous bloom of the winter Paralympic flowers tonight.
The rehearsals for the Winter Paralympic Round Dance are always the last to leave
At 1:00 a.m. on February 13, 19 days before the opening of the Beijing Winter Paralympic Games, the venue at the Shunyi China Sports Management Center for the Disabled was still brightly lit, and on the improvised 10-meter-high platform, choreographer Pei Yun kept shouting instructions with a microphone, and 90 actors adjusted their positions with the help of sign language teachers. "Our dance overlook is the best look, and only in Pei Dao's position can we see the shape of the whole snowflake." Choreographer Li Wenqian is from the China Disabled People's Art Troupe, and this time she was seconded to the director group to participate in the compilation and creation of the "Winter Paralympic Round Dance". Talking about the creation of the "Winter Paralympic Round Dance", she was very excited to trot all the way to the open space on the side of the field, and used toothpicks on the ground to pose a variety of snowflake shapes, each toothpick represents an actor, "The bloom of snowflakes on the opening day must be the most beautiful." ”
Wei Jingyang, a hearing-impaired actor of the dance team of the art troupe, told the Beiqing Daily reporter in sign language: "We usually rehearse from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., and if we rehearse in this simulated venue, we will rehearse later." The reporter learned that every day the staff will release the rehearsal time and venue of each program on the second day, and the end time of the "Winter Paralympic Round Dance" will always appear the word "pull late", "pulling late is no point, until the completion of the day's rehearsal task, the latest time is to two o'clock." After a day of rehearsal, Wei Jingyang was already very tired, hurriedly drank water, and returned to the rehearsal field.
None of the actors quit
"Winter Paralympic Round Dance" requires actors to complete dance movements by rotating chairs, how to coordinate the chair and people, how to control the rotation, has become the key to dance, but also the most difficult place for training, which requires a long period of continuous practice and running-in, in order to form a human chair integration. "When we first started practicing, we were bruised everywhere by the chair, and we felt that our bodies were not our own, and we could wake up in pain when we slept." Wei Jingyang said.
Although every day is a boring two-point line, rehearsal overturning and rehearsal and overturning repeated polishing, "wiping the floor" type of cutting action... Although it was hard work, no one gave up. "For the sake of the motherland and the belief of the Winter Paralympics, Teacher Li Wenqian's warm encouragement, everyone cheered each other up, so that everyone persevered." Wei Jingyang said firmly.
The high-intensity training made the actors mentally nervous, especially the students of the fourth team of the art troupe who had not yet experienced major performance tasks, and they were rehearsing in their dreams. One night in the middle of the night, Liu Jiaxing, a male student who was sleeping, sat up in his dream and beat the beat, saying in his mouth: "One two three four, wrong wrong." The teacher who lived with him was startled, smiled happily, and then turned to the heartache of these students who had just entered the third year of junior high school. The Beiqing Daily reporter learned that the fourth team is a student from an affiliated school recruited by the China Disabled Arts Troupe for the whole country in 2019, which is also the first time they have participated in major performance activities.
"Just soft out, soft can be rigid." The hearing impaired dancers danced the life force with graceful dance postures, and they also represented countless disabled brothers and sisters with disabilities but still strong lives and sunshine hearts.
