Due to the new european competition (European Championship) last week, many national table tennis opponents have increased their points, while the rankings of some Chinese team athletes who have not participated in foreign matches have declined recently, including the three world champions Liu Shiwen, Zhu Yuling, Wang Chuqin and others.
However, in general, the national table tennis players still have the advantage in the latest list, of which Fan Zhendong, Sun Yingsha, Sun Yingsha / Wang Manyu continue to rank first in men's singles, women's singles, women's doubles, and Fark/ Carlsson, Lin Yunru / Zheng Yijing retained the first place in men's doubles and mixed doubles - for details, please see below.
1. Singles
Affected by the results of the European Championship competition, many of the participating athletes have significantly changed their points, among which the men's singles champion Dako (Slovenia) has risen by 5 places, pressing the national table tennis world champion Wang Chuqin, currently ranking 12th in the world; and the runner-up Moregaard (Sweden) has also risen by 4 places and is currently ranked 14th in the world.
As for the top ten players in the men's singles world ranking, they are the same as in the previous period: Fan Zhendong, Ma Long, Hugo, Zhang Benzhihe, Liang Jingkun, Ocharov, Lin Yunru, Boer, Xu Xin, Lin Gaoyuan. Africa's famous Nigeria ranked 11th, followed by Dako, Wang Chuqin and Moregood.
In the women's singles, the European Champion Han Ying (German Chinese) rose 6 places and is currently ranked 14th in the world, while the 3 world champions from Japan and China - Hirano Miyu, Zhu Yuling, Liu Shiwen and others have also declined in their ranks, and are currently in 15th to 17th places.
As for the top 13 players in the women's singles world rankings, there was no change, of which the top ten were Sun Yingsha, Chen Meng, Ito Mimachi, Wang Manyu, Wang Yidi, Hayata Hina, Du Kaixuan, Ishikawa Yoshinori, Feng Tianwei and Tian Zhixi. The 11th to 13th places are Diaz, Zheng Yijing and Chen Xingtong.
2. Doubles
As the European Championships only have singles events, there is little impact on the world ranking of doubles, and there have been no other international competitions recently, so the list has not changed.
The top four in the mixed doubles are Lin Yunru/Zheng Yijing, Lebesson/Yuan Jiannan, Wang Chuqin/Sun Yingsha, Xu Xin/Liu Shiwen; the top four in men's doubles are Fark/Carlson, Zhang Yuzhen/Lin Zhongxun, Yukiya Utada/Hayasuke Tokami, Liang Jingkun/Lin Gaoyuan; the top four in women's doubles are Sun Yingsha/Wang Manyu, Ito Mimachi/Hina Hayata, Yoshinaka Ishikawa/Miyu Hirano, Anda Zhixi/Shin Yubin.
In March, the results of the WTT Oman, Grand Slam and Qatar tournaments will be released one after another, and the world rankings may undergo major changes, hoping that the national table tennis athletes can achieve more good rankings and take advantage in the future major draw group: Come on, China!
